At GBM, we manufacture; we represent; we service and support
highly diverse product and technology lines. Yet, in all our
activities there is a single, common thread. A singular
philosophy.
The GBM philosophy is perhaps best illustrated by a close
parallel that I find in GBM's very own manufacturing activity.
We make Couplings. The Couplings constitute a vital link between
the driver and driven machine, they are the very life-line of
mechanical drive systems. Like Couplings, GBM too constitutes a
vital link, between India's core sectors, and some of the
world's best known sources of critical products and processes.
Whatever the sphere of our activity, in essence we are one vital
link in the chain of technological advancement. We believe in
mobilising resources and expertise to sustain and transmit,
beyond its source, any momentum that is conducive to Indian
industry. Indeed, a belief so finetuned with the basic principle
of the Couplings that we make with distinction.
GBM is now being handled by a team of excellent, committed
personnel and being lead by Ms. Bishakha Sharma, the only child
of Mr. N.M Ghose with one of her oldest colleagues, Ms Sharmila
Debnath. The works at Shalimar and Khidderpore are managed by
staff well committed.
